Course Description:

The “Train the Trainers” course, with emphasis on hands-on application, is designed to enhance the competencies of the human resource managers who have the responsibilities to train newly recruited employees.

Apart from training newly recruited employees, the Department of human resources is frequently called upon to make presentations to explain to the management and board of directors the new organization’s policies affecting the employees.

The course provides the latest trends and techniques to assist personnel managers to increase their training abilities to impart knowledge to their subordinates and trainees in multiplier effects especially during the training orientation for the newly recruited staff.

Learning Methodology:

Other methods used in this course include case studies and problem-solving exercises. No tests or examinations will be taken by the participants in this course but assessment of the participants’ performance will be measured through effective class participation, group presentation, group project, and class attendance. This course combines presentations, lectures, class discussions, group presentation, and problem-solving exercises.
