Business analysis requires the acquisition and implementation of knowledge and techniques needed to assess both the internal and external environment of business organizations. It requires the use of analytics to assess the performance of a business organization.
Course Learning Objectives:
The purpose of this course is to help managers and executives develop the skills required to analyze and evaluate the performance of their organizations. Business analysis can deal with the missions and strategies as well as processes within an organization.
The course is delivered in a workshop setting facilitated by seasoned professional facilitators with practical experience. The course will provide the participants with the opportunity to review the current issues pertaining to business analysis. It is divided into six modules.
The “Business Analysis and Project Management” course has some of the following key areas of learning:

Other methods used in this course include case studies and problem-solving exercises. No tests or examinations will be taken by participants in this course but assessment of participant’s performance will be measured through effective class participation, group presentation, group project, and class attendance. This course combines presentations, lectures, class discussions, group presentation, and problem-solving exercises.
